Search Strategy:Persian and English articles published between ۲۰۱۰-۲۰۲۴ were searched in the Google Scholar Web of Science, Pubmed database using the keywords chlamydia trachomatis, infertility, pregnancy outcome and their English equivalents using AND operators .۳. Results:About ۱۳۱ million people worldwide are infected with this disease, which can be one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs) globally. Chlamydia is asymptomatic, but left untreated can lead to serious complications, including pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and infertility.
