Aims: Hospital indicators are one of the most important criteria of hospital efficiency. The aim of this study was to determine the performance indicators of affiliated hospitals of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۸. Instruments & Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on ۵ hospitals, including Shahid Beheshti, Shahid Rajaei, and Emam-Sajjad Yasuj hospitals, and Shahid Rajaei Hospital in Gachsaran and Emam-Khomeini Hospital in Dehdasht affiliated to Yasuj University of Medical Sciences in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۸. Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Bed Turnover (BTR) and Average Length of Stay (ALS) were collected through hospital information system and analyzed according to Pabon Lasso model and compared with the standard levels. Findings: The mean BTR (۹۸.۷۶ times per year), ALS (۲.۱۲ days) and BOR (۷۰.۹%) in hospitals in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۸ were favorable. ALS was ۱۵.۲۴ days in Shahid Rajaei hospital in Yasuj. Shahid Beheshti hospital was in zone ۳ in all years. Emam-Sajjad hospital was in zone ۳ in all years except ۲۰۱۴. Shahid Rajaei hospital of Yasuj was in zone ۴ in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۸. Emam-Khomeini hospital was in zone ۱ in ۲۰۱۵-۲۰۱۶, zone ۳ in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۲, ۲۰۱۴, ۲۰۱۷-۲۰۱۸, and zone ۴ in ۲۰۱۳. Shahid Rajaei hospital of Gachsaran was in zone ۳ only in ۲۰۱۲, zone ۱ in ۲۰۱۶-۲۰۱۹ and zone ۲ in ۲۰۱۱ and ۲۰۱۳-۲۰۱۵. Conclusion: The performance indicators of affiliated hospitals of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences are at the favorable and moderate level, and in total, in ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۸, most of the hospitals have been in zone ۳, which indicates good performance.
