خلاصه مقاله:
China's Belt and Road Initiative significantly impacts Iran's energy diplomacy, offering both opportunities and challenges. As a key player in the Belt and Road Initiative, China's strategic investments in Iran's energy sector provide opportunities for infrastructural development, economic growth, and enhanced connectivity. The Belt and Road Initiative facilitates Iran's access to Chinese markets and technology, enabling the modernization of its energy infrastructure and the expansion of its energy exports. However, the Belt and Road Initiative also poses challenges to Iran's energy diplomacy, particularly regarding geopolitical dynamics and regional competition. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, drawing upon scholarly literature, policy documents, and official statements to elucidate the dynamics of Iran-China energy relations within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. this paper aims to provide insights into the evolving nature of Iran-China energy cooperation and its implications for regional geopolitics and global energy security.
