Abstract:

Superconducting BSCCO samples were prepared by a solid-state reaction with two molar ratio of ۱.۶۶:۰.۳۴:۲.۰:۲.۰:۳.۰. and ۱.۸۵:۰.۳۵:۱.۹.۰:۲.۱:۳.۱. The powder calcined at ۸۲۵°C and sintered at ۸۴۰°C and Then, the oxide powder was pressed at room temperature with pressure of ۹ tones. The samples were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and TC measurement using four-point probe. The analysis has showed that the compound has stronger superconducting properties than compound Bi۱.۸۵Pb۰.۳۵Sr۱.۹Ca۲.۱Cu۳.۱O۱۰.Bi۱.۶۶Pb۰.۳۴Sr۲Ca۲Cu۳O۷.
