Abstract:

E-commerce, as one of the most significant economic transformations in the digital age, plays a crucial role in shaping market structures and business methods. This article analyzes the importance of strategic management in the success of e-commerce businesses, examining the challenges and opportunities present. Additionally, it provides strategies for creating viral and effective advertising content on social media based on recent research. The findings of this study, based on new and reliable data, will be practical for managers and researchers in this field.
