In this research, laboratory, field, and analysies investigations were carried out for a raftfoundation with unallowable differential and total settlements to determine the performance of the jetgrouting method in stabilizing problematic soils. Investigating the use of jet grouting columns in loosemarl soil with high settlement potential in southwest Iran has been done for the first time in this paper. The main novelty of the paper is about verification of the laboratory test for improving the marl soil ofKhuzestan with inclined jet columns utilizing the Plaxis ۲D software. Seismic analysis results withDEEPSOIL depict that jet grouting decreases the maximum ground displacement value from ۸۴ mm to۱۹ mm.
