The concept of the ۲۰-Minute City has gained significant attention as a promising approach for evaluating sustainable and livable urban environments. However, accesing the required data for this evaluation can be costy and time-consuming. Linked Open Data (LOD) provides a wealth of information for many areas. This paper investigates the use of LOD for evaluation of the ۲۰-Minute City copcept. As a case study we have used the data and techniques to evaluate this concept for the city of Mashhad. Mashhad in the second largest and populated city of Iran and is located in the north-east of the country. Through the analysis, the index of ۵۹.۱۷ was calculated for Mashhad city, indicating that Mashhad is ۵۹.۱۷% close to being a "۲۰-minute city
