Abstract:
Safety training is widely recognized as an effective method for reducing workplace accidents and injuries. This study investigates the impact of safety training on accident reduction in industrial settings. The sample consisted of ۲۰۰ workshop employees for the quantitative analysis and ۱۵ managers and safety officers for the qualitative analysis. The results indicated that safety training significantly contributed to reducing accidents, with practical and specialized training proving to be particularly effective. Interviews confirmed that these training programs led to improvements in employee safety behavior and culture. Recommendations for enhancing training programs were also provided. Overall, the study demonstrates the crucial role of safety training in accident reduction and underscores the need for continuous improvement in training programs. Employers should consistently implement safety training programs to ensure a safer working environment for employees.
