Abstract:

Motivation is a driving force that can lead to greater effort and perseverance in any task. One of the most important issues in adolescence is education. If a student lacks motivation and generally does not study hard, they will ultimately not achieve their desired results. Therefore, we decided to investigate the role of motivation in student learning and academic achievement. The research method of this article is a library research method that was conducted using reliable sources. In conclusion, after the studies conducted, we found that motivation and the techniques for creating it are effective in inducing effective learning and acknowledged its key role as a valuable factor in teacher characteristics. In order to achieve the high goals of education, which is a good life, and considering the need to create effective learning, the correct method of using motivation techniques in learners should be used, taking into account the essential role of motivation in learning.
