Abstract:
The fast evolution of digital technology has greatly changed criminal activity, especially in the realm of cybersex crimes. This research examines how Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) impacts cybersex offenders' behavior and legal responsibility, focusing on the connection between the two. This article explores how OCD's psychological aspects may impact criminal intent and discusses the legal and ethical dilemmas the justice system encounters when assessing responsibility. The discoveries seek to provide important understandings into the intricacies of cybersex crimes with people who have OCD, benefiting both forensic psychology and legal systems.
