Abstract:
The existence of great diversity in expressing the concept of operational power of the traffic police has made the calculation and measurement of the operational capacity of the traffic police a fundamental challenge in the management and planning. The optimal allocation of the operational capacity of the traffic police to the emergency demand of traffic incidents and accidents. National and local police usually use development-oriented experimental methods to advance their activities. This approach shows that the traffic police always needs to increase manpower and operational equipment, and its operational capacity is always lower than the plan's demand. Failure to define the relationship between supply and demand in planning traffic police operations makes integrated management of human resources, traffic police fleet, operational equipment, etc. impossible. In this article, with the design of a new model for converting police resources into the concept of operational efficiency. This model makes possible the integrated and optimal management of resources in the supply of traffic police services to the emergency demand of traffic incidents and accidents.
