خلاصه مقاله:
This study is about weldability of nichrome 8020 alloy which has been welded by TIG welding process. Generally, nichrome series alloys are used as heating elements. With considering the necessity of joining industrial parts and heating elements, making sound and applicable joints is very important. Results show that by choosing proper welding parameters, consequent joint should be without any defects but effects of high welding heat input, which have been observed in welding samples, like grain growth in the HAZ and Fusion zone, equiaxed grains in fusion boundary, heterogeneously nucleated independent grains in fusion zone and loss of hardness in the HAZ and fusion zone must be considered.
