Evaluating the Performance of Sharif University of Technology Faculties Using Data Envelopment Analysis

Ranking of companies and institutions is one of the most important tools for measuring the strengths and weaknesses of organizations. The number of employees in the teaching department, the number of employees in the research department, the number of students, the number of published articles and the number of awards won by members of the academic staff are the most important criteria that have the most impact in evaluating the performance of faculties and their ranking. In this regard, the best method for evaluating colleges and ranking them is the technique of data coverage analysis, which was used in this research, and the efficiency of colleges was calculated based on it. Based on the results obtained from solving the model, Faculty number ten has been assigned the first rank and Faculty number four has been an almost ineffective faculty among other faculties.
