Abstract:
The reservoir simulation is one of the most wide uses instruments in reservoir study and reservoir
management. Programming proper simulator for each reservoir can be one is one of the most
important challenges of reservoir engineering. Knowing the basis of the available simulator could
be a good help for developing a new modified simulator for our reservoirs. In this article we
discuss the fundamentals of the black-oil model of IMEX.
