خلاصه مقاله:
Sepharose was chemically modified simply and rapidly by coupling with cyclodextrin and characterized byFourier transform infrared spectroscopy and studied for the sorption and interaction with famotidine. Theoptimum pH value for sorption of famotidine was 5. The sorption capacity of resin for famotidine wasdetermined. The modified sepharos can be reused for 20 cycles of sorption-desorption without anysignificant change in sorption capacity. The profile of the famotidine uptake by the modified sepharosreflected good accessibility of the interacted sites in the sorbent.
