خلاصه مقاله:
Gas catalytic reaction in a tubular reactor is a general process in chemical industry. The chemical reaction process involves the complex multi-component flow, heat and mass transfer coupling chemical reaction in the tubular reactor with a circular cylinder catalyst structure. The lattice Boltzmann method is developed to simulate the complex process of the surface catalytic reaction in the catalyst media. Bounce-back boundary condition and robust second order accurate boundary treatment is used to treat the boundaries. The velocity correction is adopted on the reaction surface. The flow, temperature and concentration fields calculated by the lattice Boltzmann method are compared with those computed by the CFD software.
