SIMULATION MODELING PROCESS OF CEMENT RAW MATERIAL TO OPTIMIZE NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

During the past decades, many efforts have been done to increase the efficiency of cement factories.Simulation Optimization model is a novel approach to develop different parts of cement industry. In thiswork, it has been tried to exploit this approach to enhance the capacity of production in the cementindustry. Here,we have focused on providing limestone for the cement factories. One advantage of these modeling is the capability of increasing raw materials for production system. It is expected to minimizethe number of raw material resources by optimizing the way of supplying raw materials with this methodand exploiting proper scenarios. Moreover, this method can be useful to explain the usage of new instruments in the system to increase the efficiency of production system.
