خلاصه مقاله:
The novel research reported here includes the synthesis of 3-aryl-5H- chromeno[4,3-c] pyridazin-3-one compounds. In this synthetic strategy, the acetophenone derivatives during two steps,are converted to 3-aryl-5H-chromeno[4,3-c] pyridazin-3-one heterocycles. In step one, acetophenonederivatives are oxidized to the corresponding arylglyoxals via SeO2 and in the subsequent step in reaction with 4-hydroxycoumarine in the presence of molar ratio of hydrazinium dihydrochloride in ethanol, they are converted to new pyridazine compounds as 3-aryl-5H-chromeno[4,3-c] pyridazin-3- one.
