خلاصه مقاله:
Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) by precipitation method have been obtained. The structural characteristics, morphology, and optical properties of the synthesized structures depending on the type and amount of reagents introduced have been studied. It has been found out that an excess of NH4+ in the reaction mixture inhibits the rate of forming ZnO. In an aqueous solution containing 3 mM Zn (CH3COO)2 and 7.5 mM NaOH at 70ºC and magnetic stirring for 4 hours ZnO particles characterized by maximum fluorescence are formed. Rod-shaped particles have been found in the samples by using AFM method.
