The concept of twenty-four hour cities is not new; many cities, such as Edinburgh and many in continental Europe, already have twenty-four hour characteristics. Tehran is a megacity and the capital of Iran, with a daily population about 14 million and a permanent population of about 10 million people. The question is that, how to make 24-Hour city concept available in such city? The Tehranian like buying, go through sport, being in cultural places, go to museums and see landmarks, so the planners ought to match these kind of interests with four dimensions of 24-Hour city concept to make it implemented. These dimension divided into transportation, economics, social affairs and city center form. As the people are traditional and religious, avoid dancing, disco, pub, gambling, drug abuse, amoral relationships and so many other things. The way they can make their own city center more safety and regenerated is managing visitors and tourisms to spectacle museum, urban theatre, shopping and cultural place. Recreational areas should be open late at night to invigorate its facilities. The main methodology in processing the research is Content Analysis to understand the interactions between 24-Hours variables for drawing its subcriteria in conceptual model.
