For desirable electrical motors characteristic obtaining, air gap flux density is the most essential parameter. In this article, IPMBLDC (Interior Permanent Magnet Brushless Motors) motor structure is described firstly and using magnetic circuit model, air gap flux density as a function of the motor geometric parameters will be obtained. So a method is presented that based on it, according to optimum magnet dimension and fixed volume of motor, maximum air gap flux density can be obtained. The accuracy of the proposed method is investigated ultimately and the obtained result that has confirmed validity relations and equations
