Abstract:
In this paper, details of ultra-wideband low noise amplifier design and linearization methods hasbeen studied. Introduced manner to original noise sources neutralization and Trans conductanceincrement and using of a digital pre-distortion creator circuit for reduce memory effect, have beeninvestigated. In order to make this digital circuit adaptive, one method has been offer thateffectively reduces amplifier noise figure. We investigate its advantages and disadvantages intousual digital pre-distortion creator circuit. In this study mutual coupling methods and parallelseriesBridge are used. Amplifier power consumption in 1.8 V voltage source is 12.2 mW. Inproposed amplifier, tree techniques are used to reduce noise figure. And a simple signalprocessing approach is proposed to remove memory effect, therefore we have higher power gainand lower noise figure into similar amplifiers. We simulated this circuit and as a result sawreduction in adjacent channel power ratio. And results is reliable.
