Key element of tourism, contribution to the poverty alleviationcase study: IRR

Tourism as one of the most generating industries in economy of all countries have a significant role. One of the key element of tourism is contribution and this contribution refers to the poverty alleviation. Logically many factors should get together to present this more transparent. It means that the back ground of having decent economic condition among those residing around country are some parameter including skill development, working condition, wages and ... . In this paper some responses received by UNWTO in 2009 into a scoping study was considered to evaluate the situation and finally we made a short strategic plan through SWOT (qualitative matrix) to this be rather beneficent and more clear.
