خلاصه مقاله:
The objectives of this research are to develop parking location choice model toreflect car users’ behaviour and to investigate their responses to time and costscenarios under cordon pricing policy. The developed model is capable ofestimating the probability of car drivers continuing to park inside or outside thecordon area. The preferences are estimated by means of an econometric modeland the binary choice model with stated preference method. In this model, searchtime, walk time, parking cost, and cordon cost attributes were found to describeparking choice behaviour significantly. As a consequence, the results indicatethat they were more sensitive to cordon cost compared to search time, and walktime and parking cost.
