A Comprehensive Review of Laser Application in Oil and Gas Industry

Because of the depletion of reservoirs and high demands of plants and different industries, the feel to use lasers in oil industry is increasing. At this time speed of oil production processes and transportation is very important. Because of special characteristics of laser, its usage in oil industry is spreading daily. There are so many reasons of that; however studies indicate that delicacy and high speed of lasers are the main factors that why they are used widely. In this paper summary of different applications of lasers in oil industry has been mentioned.
