خلاصه مقاله:
Increasing spread of science and technology has been caused the formation of different organizational structures than inthe past and each organization match with the rapid changes and growing channels of communication withinorganization changed it with these developments. In such circumstances a successful organization will lead to theprogress and development according to organizational knowledge and advanced technology. Rapid technologicalchanges impact in all organizations especially in large organizations and neglect affect of this situation cause the rapidfall of organization. To face the new changes، organizations must think beyond coping with change and utilizing thepotential opportunities. One of the paradigms of increased flexibility، speed and quality certainly is the organizationalagility. In this new paradigm، the organization is capable of victory on the environment that is always changing andunpredictable. Due to the importance of these variables in this paper investigates the role of these interactions.
