خلاصه مقاله:
In spite of macrostructures, nanostructures due to surface effects, demonstrate peculiar mechanical, electrical, and physical properties. The mechanical properties of nanostructures such as Modulus of Elasticity and Poisson’s ratio are intensely size-dependent. In this study, a multicrystalline nanoplate with arbitrary geometry and boundary conditions is analyzed. Each crystal of the nanoplate is presumed to be anisotropic and the shape of crystals has chosen haphazardly. However, the entire shape of the plate is a rectangular of micro dimension with nano thickness. Furthermore, due to the fact that silicon is extremely implemented in the designing of nanostructures, the plate is assumed to be made of silicon. Existence of interface region in the analysis of multicrystalline plate is indisputable. Accordingly, the interface region is assumed to be the amorphous of silicon. The plate is subjected to a static load and the variation of Modulus of Elasticity as well as Poisson’s ratio versus plate thickness, positive and negative values of surface effects, and amorphous width is considered. Fundamental theory of elasticity is developed and finite element method is employed to obtain the corresponding results. The results which have achieved by method of finite element are compared with those of obtained by employing ANSYS software and accordance of the results is quite remarkable.
