خلاصه مقاله:
Nowadays, high proportion of manufactured composite parts allocates to thermoplastic-based composites. One of the growing continuous production processes in the composites, is thermoplastic pultrusion. The use of continuous fiber for its flexural tensile strength and impact bearing and the use of thermoplastic polymer for its correction ability, high toughness, recyclability, reparability and high efficiency are increasing in the industries. Therefore, at first, by the use of high density polyethylene (HDPE) matrix and glass roving, considered prepregs are made. Considering impregnation for tubular products production, in order to obtain the best product, initial experiments including fiber volume and void volume fraction percentage were carried out on samples. Among made samples, the typical sample made by high temperature, low tensile speed, using blower as cooling tool, was the best product considering impregnation with less bubble volume percentage. Then, using the best prepregs product, the tubular product is made. The mechanical experiment of bending, fiber weight, fiber volume and void volume fraction percentage and also microscopic photos are prepared for produced samples.
