The assessment of urban stability using A cluster analysis model Case Study: Ilam city 2012

General agreement about the stable city is based on the opinion that the city which we are familiar with it and we live there causes some unstable environmental tensions, sociologically consist of different levels, its function is unfavorable and its control costs too much. Ilam, metropolitan of Ilam, had has some special and population alterations(changes)during the last previous centuries . centrality of the government, gathering of facilities and governmental services in order to improve developing polarization policy and the distribution of urban order because of destroying of the middle cities for developing of the city(Ilam)Allocation of high percent of income, good facilities, and human services in Ilam, attracted majority of people toward this city, as we can see %45 of population inhabit there. On the one hand growth of population , immigration from neighboring cities caused high,social problems, land and dwelling worries ,severance of urban fabrics(empty spaces inside the city). analysis and assessment of the obtained indicators confirm the existence of instability in the districts of our study ,in a way that in the first district( the central restrict)one of the old district of the city, basic needs are more than other districts ,so it is more stable than other cities and Ban barz is the most unstable district in Ilam in the respect of urban facilities and sources Therefore, it can be inferred that spatial-skeleton development and the access to indicators of human development ,specially access to educational ,health, entertainment , sport places, increasing the use of these places cause the lively urban environment and the stability of the city development.
