Applying Financial Instrument of Corporate loan as an Stable Method in Financing the Projects of Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)(Case study: Center of Sustainable Development and Environment, University of Shiraz)

The subject of financing governmental and non-governmental projects, due to the existing problems in this field, is considered by practitioners and custodians of economic and urban development programs in Iran in recent years. Underdevelopment of the country’s financial markets and political and economic limitations along with non-formation of viable and strategic operational frameworks for financing projects have turned financing problem one of the disasters of organizations’ projects. In addition to the above factors the limitations resulting from great investment required for organizational projects make it more difficult to predominate on the problems of this field. This financing limitation turned Domestic and foreign participation in development projects in to Fundamental necessity and providing operational solutions and scientific approaches in this field can solve many problems in the field of organizational projects. This article describes the method of presenting corporative facilities as a secure and efficient method applied in World Financial Markets for years in order to solve the problems of financing great projects of non-governmental organizations and the possibility of obtaining the goals of this section. In this paper while describing the advantages of applying this financing method for Credit and financial institutions we will investigate operational process and executive steps of this method. Finally Center of Sustainable Development and Environment of Shiraz University will be identified as one of the famous and active non-governmental organizations in the field of servicing people and community which apply corporative loans in order to achieve its charitable goals
