خلاصه مقاله:
Learning organizations are phenomena which were proposed by the beginning of 90s AD and due to changes and transformations in organizational environments. According to environment complexity and the effects of different economic, political, social, technical, scientific and technological factors on organizations all the institutes and organizations should have required knowledge and information to answer environmental changes. Thus, despite of these complexities, organizations’ competing, appearing knowledge-based institutes and generally entering in modern of global business only learning organizations will remain alive. In this article using 5 components model of Peter Seng's learning organization which are: individual talent, Mental models, shared vision, systematic thinking, team learning and sub-component design a questionnaire with high reliability and validity was designed for each component in order to investigate the learning rate in libraries and museums organization and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi by using library and field research methods. After random sampling of The society of administrators, managers, supervisors and technicians of libraries and museums organization and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi and gathering their opinions and finally using paired samples T-Test and one-way ANOVA in SPSS software the assumptions of research which were designed according to 5 learning organization components of Seng's model were not confirmed and it was concluded that libraries and museums organization and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi doesn’t have the features of a learning organization
