To minimize tardiness of sub- processes in project by INLP model and HS algorithm

it seems all too obvious to state that tardiness is the most important factor in the unsuccess of any project. If we could minimize tardiness of sub-processes in each project , result of it would almost be on - time delivering. This paper has considered the problem the problem of minimizing total tardiness on processes and three heuristic algorithms is simple and fast algorithm and generate quite closer to the ptimal solutions. an integer nonlinear programming model has proposed that capable of solving medium sized projects.
