Present work introduces various aspects of virtual organizations which contribute to the development of this new form,including customer orientation, utilization of communication technology, temporal competition and decentralization.However, it seems that there is a common theme within all works. Virtual organizations are frequently establishedand maintained to capture the opportunities available in market and are then dissolved to develop another virtual ones.Therefore, this paper approaches a virtual organization concept according to duties and organizational designprocesses which control design and implementation of the virtual organization.In this work, the role of designers of virtual organizations is mainly discussed and 8 plans for design and developmentof virtual organizations has been presented in which the contribution of three analyzers of design of virtualorganization; i.e. mechanisms of information and communication technology and trust building is expressed andfinally, the methods of design and the process of management of design and implementation of virtual organizationsis introduced
