خلاصه مقاله:
Educational Management requires enough information and a proper method to survey current state. Evaluating is a primary work to recognize the faults of the organization and help it to improve. In this paper we do it with SIR(Superiority and Inferiority Ranking) method which is one of the multiple criteria decision making methods. As the data is not usually enough and reliable, we use Grey numbers. Part 1 is introduction, part 2 is literature review, in part 3 we present the method, part 4 is numerical Example and the last part is conclusion.
