خلاصه مقاله:
This paper examines the relationship between strategic thinking and operational opportunities organization deals withthe integration of disaster management strategies . The overall vision , strategic thinking , vision and understanding of the situationand exploit the opportunities . This insight helps the realities of the market and its rules properly and timely recognition. Andinnovative solutions to meet these conditions will be created and value creation . It also examines how defensive capabilities -preventive crisis management in the strategic management of aggressive tendencies in the market place for finding , integrating andpresenting a holistic approach to the strategic management of organizations . And review of the strategic management process isdone traditionally . Then the shortcomings of this approach are analyzed . Similarities and differences between strategic thinkingand operational opportunities and strategic management approaches to crisis management and crisis management study to providea basis for combining these two approaches is presented . Thus, timely detection of strategic thinking and competitive opportunitiesfor the discovery of hidden markets that competitors are oblivious to it . In other words , for timely strategic decisions and exploitthe opportunities that have limited lifetime , the need to properly understand the rules of the game in the market should beconsidered.
