خلاصه مقاله:
An effort to reduce costs, many organizations, including higher education institutions, are looking for alternative educational solutions, such as e-learning –solutions that are less costly and more flexible than standard in-house or classroom programs. Knowledge of e-learning has largely been developed from theexperiences of learners and teachers in education using interactive internet technologies to create online learning environments that support learningcommunities The aim of this paper is to study of individual and organizational factors influencing the effectiveness of e-learning in higher education. This survey is appliedtype in terms of purpose and is descriptive in terms of methodology. Historical study was used to collect data related to theoretical principles of research like booksand scientific magazines The results of this research indicate that individual factors such as age, locus of control, interaction and learner’s need and organizational factors such as training culture, reliability of the technology, general computer selt-efficacy, social presence and media synchronicity are Influence on the effectiveness of elearning in higher education.
