Abstract:

وقوع رویداد هایی مانند گسترش رقابت و تلاش همه جانبه واحدهای اقتصادی برای احراز رتبه برتر ضرورت توجه به کیفیت کالا وخدمات ارائه شده را اجتناب ناپذیر کرده است. یکی از عوامل موثر بر کیفیت خدمات در سازمان های خدماتی سرمایه های فکری سازمان استکه در این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.بانک ها به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم اقتصاد هر کشور ، برای ورود به بازارهای جهانی ناگزیر ازداشتن نظامی کارامد که بتواند با مدیریت مناسب منابع و ارتباط موثر با مشتریان، نوع خدمات مورد نظر ایشان را به شکلی موثرتر از رقبا برآورده کند. بر این اساس پژوهش کمی حاضر که از نوع همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف جز تحقیقات کاربردی است با جامعه آماری متشکل از867 نفر از کارکنان و مشتریان بانک ها،به بررسی تاثیر اجزای سرمایه فکری)متشکل از سرمایه های انسانی،ساختاری و ارتباطی(بر کیفیتخدمات ارائه شده بانک های دولتی شهر زنجان انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه بوده که پایایی و روایی آن به روش علمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است .یافته های حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که ابعاد سرمایه فکری دارای رابطه معنی دار با کیفیت خدمات در بین بانک های مورد بررسی میباشد.
