Abstract:

Nowadays in scientific and research based sessions and in organizational studies, the concept of organizational citizenship behavior attracts the attention of many managers and researchers. Care about these behaviors can increase the influence of organization that so far wasn't very interesting. The aim of the present study is to analyze the relevance of empowering employees as an independent variable and organizational citizenship as a dependent variable. Based on the findings it can be concluded that care about the concepts of organizational behavior and setting them in the organization and meaningful connection of them with employee empowering can be very helpful in improving the human force.
