Investigating the Relationship between Effective Organizational Relationships and Efficiency from the perspective of Faculty Members of Payame Noor University of South Khorasan

The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the effective organizational communications and efficiency from the point of view of the faculty members of Payame Noor University of South Khorasan. This is a correlation- descriptive study and the required data are collected by Rezaei (2002) questionnaire which its validity is verified to be 0.94. The statistical population of this study is composed of the faculty members of Payame Noor University of South Khorasan. All these members have been considered as the statistical population. Using linear regression and ANOVA for analyzing the data, we found a significant relationship between effective organizational communications and efficiency. Additionally, the factors of enjoyment in communications and extension of the relationships between faculty members were found to be the most effective factors in terms of firms' efficiency
