Two novel phosphoramide compounds with formula PhCONHP(O)X2 where X = OH (1) and NH-CH2-CH=CH2 (2) were synthesized and used as flame retardant materials on cotton fabrics to increase their fire resistance properties. These experiments were performed by padding method. The treated fabrics were studied by AT-IR, FE-SEM analyses and antibacterial activity tests.
