M-type Ce-Co substituted barium hexaferrite nanoparticles Ba1-xCexFe12-xCoxO19 (x=0, 0.1, 0.2) were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion route. The ferrites were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and performing network analyzer (PNA). In accordance with diffraction patterns, no extra peak was observed for the pure sample . The network analyzer results showed that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss decreased with increasing Ce-Co substitution. It proposes that the synthesized nanoparticles are suitable for use in high frequencies and radar absorbing coatings.
