Abstract:

Every few years, a severe earthquake that devastated parts of our country. One disaster after the earthquake, the crisis of resource allocation. To save people trapped underdebris after an earthquake in time there are only about two days. The following resources may save all debris is retained vanishes. Therefore, theallocation of resources should be done to maximize the number of survivors from under the rubble. Examine the records and observations from past earthquakes that characterizethe country's failure to allocate resources. This leads to inefficient search and rescue operation and loss of time. Having an appropriate decision support system can be optimized and the realization of the objective function assignment help. In this paper, a fuzzy expert system to help you make the right decision on the allocation of rescue teams, stabilization and clearance provided.
