To measure the effective of its client firms and banks, there are several ways One of the best ways that businesses can be effective with regard to the performance of all firms is fuzzy data envelopment analysis (FDEA). In this study, using the technique FDEA, efficacy was assessed 60 branches of Bank Refah province. Inputs and outputs is determined by distributing questionnaires among qualified employees.
