Anew approach in evaluating of efficiency in presence of Undesirable outputs

This document is an example of the conference desired layout and can be used as a template for preparing the abstract in two pages for the 6th international conference of DEA. The abstract must be limited to 200 words in one or two paragraphs, and cannot contain equations, figures, tables, or references. It should concisely state (regarding the submitted paper) what has been done, how it has been done, the principal results, and their significance.
