Deriving Network-DEA Efficiency by Using Bi-level Programming

Generally in Network DEA, in order to achieve efficiencies of each DMU, first the overall efficiency will be obtained and then the efficiency of stages will be calculated. Since finding the overall and stage efficiencies of each unit can be considered as a Multi objective programming problem, this paper uses Bi-level programming for assessing the overall efficiency and stage efficiencies of each Decision Making Unit.
