Abstract:
A study was performed about the relationship between the business intelligence and metacognitivecomponents of the principals. In this study, a sample made of 230 principals of the non-profit high schools chosen bythe stratified and cluster random sampling answered the questionnaires of administration based on metacognition(Maktabi, 2009) and realized by the business intelligence. It was a descriptive-correlated research. The data wereanalyzed by SPPS software in two levels of description and inference. The findings showed that there is a significantrelationship between the principals’ business intelligence and their ability in analyzing the duties in the non-profithigh schools of the city of Tehran. There is a significant relationship between the principals’ business intelligenceand their self-motivation ability and self-confidence in the non-profit high schools of the city of Tehran. There is asignificant relationship between the principals’ business intelligence and their ability in self-control in the non-profithigh schools of the city of Tehran. There is a significant relationship between the principals’ business intelligenceand their ability in self-judgment in the non-profit high schools of the city of Tehran and finally, there is a significantrelationship between the principals’ business intelligence and their self-reaction in the non-profit high schools of thecity of Tehran.
