خلاصه مقاله:
Two parameters affecting performance of the DC motor are armature slot model and appropriateness rate of the slot size and should be selected and optimized such that the efficiency is in its highest level and also the magnetic saturation phenomenon does not occur in the motor and the motor is increased significantly. In this article three DC motors were designed with different characteristics in different conditions and by the numerical analysis method and then has been analyzed electromagnetically in the transient state by the Maxwell software . It is obvious from results obtained by three motors that the efficiency of the Dc motor efficiency is increased significantly by determining the optimized armature slot model and appropriateness rate of the slot size and saturation points are faded between two slots in the motor. Better commutation is performed in the motor and also a new act will be obtained in this regard.
