This paper aims at designing and evaluating a comprehensive model of cultural intelligence and its dimensions with existential biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of an individual in an organization. This study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the components of cultural intelligence and spirituality of the experts at Sina Bank branches in Tehran. The research methods is a descriptive-survey one and this is an applied study; a standard questionnaire was used to measure the spirituality dimensions and cultural intelligence dimensions and accordingly, using Krejcie and Morgan's table, 200 samples were selected from the statistical population and the questionnaires were distributed among them who were the experts of Sina Bank branches in Tehran. The data collected in this study was analyzed using path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study have revealed different relationships between the dimensions of cultural intelligence and those of spirituality. So it can be stated that the relationship between the dimensions of spirituality and the aspects of cultural intelligence is a direct and significant relationship; meanwhile there was found no direct and significant relationship between the behavioral dimension of cultural intelligence and extra-personal dimension of spirituality; between the motivational dimension of cultural intelligence and intrapersonal communication of spirituality; and between cognitive aspect of cultural intelligence and meta-personal communications of spirituality, and these were the exceptions to the rule.
