Abstract:
The use of low-cost adsorbents was investigated as a replacement for current costly methods of removing metals from aqueous solution [۱]. In this work we studied the removal of Cu (II) using a semi batch packed bed reactor with granular activated carbon (GAC). The results showed that the designed semi packed bed reactor is suitable for removing of copper from aqueous solution.
