خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper we design a driver for VCSELs. To optimizing the parameters high speed and low power consumption we use the circuit topology common source (CS). Also we use resistor , capacitor and inductor feedbacks to increase the bandwidth. Finally, we use inductors in drain of transistors for greater bandwidth. In this paper, we obtained the final bandwidth of 30.2Gb / s and power consumption is reduced to 26.9mW. The circuit for driver is proposed and simulated in 0.18 ?m CMOS
